Return and Exchange Policy

Please contact us before sending back merchandise! Late returns, without an RA #, refused deliveries, return to sender and COD’s (cash on delivery) are not accepted.

We stand behind our products with a money-back guarantee. You will need to contact us within 10 days of receiving your items to arrange for an exchange or refund. The exception to the 10 days is during the holidays, from Thanksgiving through one week after New Years. After that time frame, we assume a purchased item to be in used condition, and not returnable.  We do understand that buying gifts for the holidays can be a challenge and an exchange for size will not be charged for one exchange. Call us at 610-863-9949 or email us at info@roydenleather.com to get your return authorization number.

Although our suggested measuring directions work most of the time, we will exchange your belt one time for a larger or smaller size within 10 days of you receiving it, and within the same price point with no additional charge. You will need to mail or ship the item back to us at your cost. If the changed size is priced higher, there will be a charge for the price difference.

If within the 10 days of receiving your order, you are exchanging your belt for a different style, color, or width, or for a refund, there will be a 20% restocking fee to do this.

Reason for the restocking fee: The restocking fee covers the original Shipping & Handling costs and the costs to restock the item. Since we are the manufacturer, we are able to custom make your order soon after it is received and ship it out in a timely manner. This allows us to offer our items at a discount off of retail price. We give our customers the option to return the items that they ordered and we custom made, for any reason within the allowed time. 

Your belt or dog collar must be in NEWUNWORN,  UNUSED  Condition in order to return or exchange it and within 10 days of receipt.  We cannot accept belts or collars that are Bent, Creased, Scratched, Crimped Edges, or Show Any Wear Marks. We inspect all of our belts and leather products before shipping to assure the customer that they are receiving a belt or leather product that is new, never marked or worn. We stand behind all of our leather products, made in the USA.
